                        These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Saucey Bowls Websites, 
                        unless otherwise stated, to your use of any other website or mobile application owned or operated by Saucey Bowls
                        or operated on behalf of Saucey Bowls (collectively the “Websites”). 
                        By visiting our Websites and/ or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

                        By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you represent that you are of legal age in New Zealand.

General Conditions
                        Before placing an order with Saucey Bowls you represent that you are of legal age in New Zealand.
                        You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
                        You must not resell our products or services.
                        You must not submit any computer code (scripts, exploits, worms, viruses) through our Websites.
                        A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
                    
Products and Services
                        All food prepared, raw or cooked, by us, are collectively known as "Products" of Saucey Bowls.
                        We have made every effort possible to provide an accurate representation of the food available on the Websites, we cannot guarantee the display on your device matches that representation.
                        We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 
                        We cannot guarantee that the Products you receive from us will satisfy your expectations.
                    
Delivery of Products
                        We reserve the right to deliver our Products at a time that is convenient for our delivery schedule.
                        In the event you are outside our delivery area we will not fulfil your order and will arrange a refund in a timely manner.
                        Every effort will be made to adhere to the Delivery Time stated on the Websites, but this cannot always be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.
                        In the event you are not at the address specified on the original order we will leave the Product/s at the address in a place we think is reasonably safe.
                        We do not guarantee that our Products described on the Websites as being hot or reheatable food arrive hot and ready to eat. 
                    
Personal Information
                        Only personal information given by you will be stored with Saucey Bowls.
                        We will not and do not share any of your information (personal or otherwise) with 3rd parties, except for billing purposes.
                    
Disclaimers
                        We do not guarantee that our Products will meet your expectations.
                        We do not guarantee that the Products described will arrive to you looking like the images on the Websites.
                        Some Products use local fresh food, which from time to time may not be available. Where possible we use our own discretion to provide replacement ingredients.
                    
Refunds
                        In the event we deliver Product/s that fails common food health standards we will offer a full refund without question if the Product/s remain wholly untouched.
